    Thanks for shopping at Scotch On The Rocks. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

     

    As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at SOTR. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Scotch On The Rocks, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Scotch On The Rocks’s Privacy Policy.

     

    If there’s something wrong with what you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item.

    Refunds

    We at Scotch On The Rocks commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

    Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order.

    We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Scotch On the Rocks is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

    We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

    Return Period: You can return your item within 3 days of receiving your order.

    Defects: We accept returns for items delivered with defects.

    Unused and Unworn: To qualify for a refund, the item must remain unused and unworn.

    Original Condition: The item must be in its original condition, free from any damage or stains.

    Packaging and Tags: It should retain its original packaging and tags.

    Non-Sale Items: The item should not have been bought during a sale.

    Sample Sales: Items from sample sales are non-refundable.

    Cotton and Block Print Characteristics: Not Defects, but Unique Features

    Color Variations: Minor color variations in cotton and block-printed textiles are natural and add character.

    Irregular Prints: Handcrafted block printing may have slight irregularities, enhancing the garment's artisanal charm.

    Imperfections: Tiny ink smudges or print deviations are normal in handmade pieces, showcasing human craftsmanship.

    Hand-Torn Edges: Some fabrics have hand-torn edges, a sign of authenticity.

    Texture Variations: Cotton's texture may vary slightly, contributing to its tactile richness.

    Print Bleed: In intricate designs, colors may bleed slightly, typical of hand block printing.

    Faint Odors: Natural dyes may have a faint scent, which fades over time.

    Size and Shape Variations: Handcrafted garments may have minor variations in size or shape.

    Washing and Fading: Block prints may soften or fade with time and washing, adding character. Hence please always refer to our wash care instructions stated on the website.

    Exchanges

    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. Instead, we recommend initiating a return for a refund. This way, you can place a new order for the item you desire.

    Please be aware that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns. We recommend using a reliable, trackable postal service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot process refunds for items we do not receive.

    Once we have received your returned items, please allow 2-5 business days for our team to process your return as we are a small team at Scotch On The Rocks

    Subsequently, please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

    You will receive a confirmation email from us when your refund has been processed, so you can track its progress.
